It is estimated that worldwide around 50,000 new cases of testicular cancer are diagnosed and 10,000 deaths annually. Although it is significant to note that the incidence of the disease is increased the cure rate is 95% in recent decades, indicating early diagnosis, effective interventions and prevention are of paramount importance in reducing the mortality of the testicular cancer. Immunohistochemistry plays a very important role in making diagnosis and differential diagnosis, classifying testicular cancer, and helping make therapeutic decision.
